No matter what type of business you are or industry you’re in, social media is where a lot of your customers can generate from. The key to getting these customers is content. Content doesn’t need to be complicated, you just need to find out what engages your audience in the first place. The way to find this out is to publish content multiple times everyday and multiple formats; we suggest beginning with “the daily 4.”
In addition, look for a huge spike in ecommerce transactions coming up in the new year, especially on social media platforms. Gone are the days when the customer journey began on social media and ended on your website. With the launch of FacebookLive Shopping as well as TikTok Reels, the customer journey has now been shortened allowing for the transaction to begin and end on social media. This is huge, both for ecommerce and other types of businesses.

Remember you can schedule these things in advance as well. Go ahead and take a couple hours one day and get the first couple weeks done, or even a month. You will feel so accomplished and it’s taking a huge step you may not have been taking before – just stay on top of it and you’re gold!
